Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
j! VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CLERK TO EXECUTE THE DEED
FOR THE TiTE OF"MINNESOTA ON THE ERICKSON PROPERTY ON FILE IN THE CLERICS
OFFICE,.FILE #261, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: THE Nth OF THE NES OF SECTION 28,
T. 110, R. 22 EXCEPTING THEREFROM THE NORTH 374.24 OF THE EAST 593.98 FEET
OF 11M NEk OF THE 15% OF SAID SECTION 26. SUBJECT TO ROAD.
The nation for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
sacoaded by Cobacilman Humphrey, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
followingvoted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilman Hints, Bo phrey,
Johnson end Kindseth. No one voted against.
3, whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
