Pursuant to,due cUl and notice thereof, a specia2'seeting of
!s! Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 29th
11 day of September, 1959. The following members were present: Mayor Hilda,
lCouncilmen Hintz, Humphrey, Johnson and Kindaeth. The following members were

I NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE

VILLAGE OF PVLMOUTHt AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND ACTING CLERK TO EXECUTE THE
CONTRACT FOR DEED ON FILE IN THE CUM S OFFICE, FILE #264, WITH DELOS TAYLOR
ON THE FOL AWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY:' T1H4T PART OF THE SEk OF THE NA OF

SECTION 31, T. 118, R. 22 LYING NORTH OF STATE TRUNK HIGHWAY #SS,, ZXCEPT
THAT PART THEREOF INCLUDED AS OUTLOT "A" OF THE -PLAT OF PLIAYHOUga INDUSTRIAL

Tha nation for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution uas duly
seconded by Councilman Kindseth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Humphrey,
Johnson and Kindseth. The following voted againstt Nota
