Pursuant to due 'cail and notice thereof, a special weeting of the Village
Council of. thee" Village. of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 39th day of
September, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Counciluen
Hints, Rumphrey, Jdwson and Kindseth. The following members were absent: Noal

adoptions

WHEREAS. J. G. Gullickson, 17005 County Road #24, Wayzata, Minnesota,
requested the apartment site plan on South Shore Drive approval.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: APIWIMING THE APARTHENT SITE PIAN ON SOUTH SHORE DRIVE
FOR J. G. GULLICRSON`SUBJECT TO A 15' SET BACK REQUIREMSNT AND LABDSCAPING
APPROVAL BY VILLAGE ENGnU= HAGEN,
'The votion`for the adoption of the foregoing easelution vas duly
aeeconded-by Councilsan Uindseth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
vollowing voted ,in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hints, Humphrey,
Johnson and Kindseth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted,
