'N6W, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH.

lk "1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter
into the attached contract with Ziegler., Inc. of Minneapolis
Minnesota in, the name of the Village of Plymouth for the Front
End Loader according to the plans and specifications therefor
approved by the Village Council and.on file in the office of the
ij Village Clerk.

'j 2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return
forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except
that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next 14mmat
bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed."
