RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 29th

f day of September, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
"'• Councilmen Hintz, Humrhrey, Johnaon and Kindseth. The following members were
absent: Rhone.
Councilman Kindseth introduced the following Resolution and moved its

WHEREAS, it appears that Sanstrom 5 Hafner, 7400 Highway 65 of Minneapolis,
Minnesota is the lowest responsible bidder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
"l. The Mayor and Clerk Are hereby authorized and directed to enter
into the attached contract with Sanstrom & Hafner of Minneapolis,
Minnesota in the name of the Village of Plymouth for the improvement
of the following streets, to --wit: Zachary And County Road #9
according to the plans and specifications therefor approved by
the Village Council and ori file in the office of the Village Clerk.
2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return
forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except
that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest
bidder shall be retained until a contract. has .been signed."
The motion for the adoption.of the foregoftg Resolution was duly seconded ..
by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted.
in favor thereof: "Mayor Hilde, Councilmcn Hintz, Humphrey, Johnson and
Rindseth. No one voted against.

Thereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify
that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract
of minutes of a special meeting of the Village Council of said
Village held September 29, 1969, with the original, thereof on file
in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
