Humphrey.
Councilman Hintz, introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-341
NOW THEREFORE, BE I-, HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAC•E COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: TO L14STALL STREET LIGHTS IN GLEANLOCH 2ND ADDITION,
SUBJECT TO.BEING ASSESSED ACCORDING TO THE VILLAGE ORDINANCE.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Kindseth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz and Kindseth._
Councilman Johnson had left the council'chamb,ers. Mo one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -
Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify

of the`minuces.of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said
Village h ald`September 22, 1969, with the'origigal thereof on file
in.my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
