# Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 22nd
day of September, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Hintz, Johnson and Ki.ndseth, The following members were absent

Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-340
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: DIRECTING THAT THE FIRM OF BONESTROO, ROSENE, ANDERLICK
5 ASSOCIATES BE RETAINED TO PREPARE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS IN CONSULTATION
WITH VILLAGE ENGINEER HAGEN FOR A PUBLIC WORKS FACILITY AT 23RD S NIAGARA
LANE FOR THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AND THAT SUCH PROJECT PROCEED WITH ALL

CONVENIENT SPEED, WHICH COST IS ESTIMATED TO BE $99,000.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
Voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson and Kindseth.
No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

1, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -
Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify

of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said
Village held September 22, 1969, with the original thereof on file
in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
