LEASING CORPORATION FOR CERTAIN NCR EQUIPMENT

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the

i Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 22nd
i
day of September, 1969. The following members were present,: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Kindseth, Hintz and Johnson. The following members were absent:
Councilman Humphrey.

Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved its

RESOLUTION NO. 69-339
i WHEREAS, it is necessary and desirable that the Village obtain the
use of an NCR 400 accounting machine, and

j WHEREAS, the United States Leasing Corporation has proposed the
rental of such equipment at a monthly charge of Sia Hundred Thirty -Seven and
l� 67/100 ($637.67) Dollars.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT HERESY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
r
j► VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the proposed leasing agreement
with United States Les tug Corporation for
the rental of an NCR 400 accounting machine is
hereby approved,
2. The Clerk -Administrator is authorized
and directed to execute such agreement on behalf
of the Village of Plymouth.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Council -An Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted, in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Kindseth, Hintz and Johnson.
No one Toted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

therefrom.
