Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the. Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the

22nd day of Septembier, 1949.
The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz,

Johnson and Xindgeth.

Councilman Humphrey was absent.
Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-338
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
That the Construction and Sinking Fund disbursement of the First
National Bank of Minneapolis for the period ending September 22, 1909,
In the amount of $2,968,094.54 in hereby approved.
Motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon.
the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Hintz, Johnson
and Kindseth. Mayor Hilde had left the Council chamber.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk
of the Vill:ate of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have
carefully compared the foregoing eatract'of minutes of a regular
meeting of the Village Council of said Village held Sept. 22, 1969,
with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a
full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
