HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1969-338i VTLLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof,, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the. Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the I 22nd day of Septembier, 1949. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, t Johnson and Xindgeth. tj Councilman Humphrey was absent. Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69-338 NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS: That the Construction and Sinking Fund disbursement of the First National Bank of Minneapolis for the period ending September 22, 1909, In the amount of $2,968,094.54 in hereby approved. Motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon. the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Hintz, Johnson and Kindseth. Mayor Hilde had left the Council chamber. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS. VILLAGE OF PLYNDUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the Vill:ate of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the foregoing eatract'of minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said Village held Sept. 22, 1969, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
