ii VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
i�Pursuant to dues call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council .o£.the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
{� 22nd day of September, 1969.
t. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz,
Johnson and Kindeeth.
Councilman Humphrey was absent.

Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved
i! its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69337
i NOV THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE

VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS: .
1. That the regular disbursement of the First National Bank of
i
Wayzata to hereby approved in the amount of $313,453.59 for
{
the period ending Sept. 220 1969.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereono
tha following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Hintz, Johnson
and Kindseth. Mayor Hilde had left the Council chambef.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

1 I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of
the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have care-
fully compared the foregoing extract.of minutes of a regular meeting
of the Village Council of said Village held Sept. 22, 1969, with
the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full,
true and complete transcript therefrom._
WITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate seal
of the Village this 14th day of October, 1969.
