VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
#Village Council of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota, was held on the
;122nd day of So tomber, 1969.
The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
'Hintz, Johnson and Kindseth. Councilman Humphrey was absent.

Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved

its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-336
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HERESY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
iTHE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
That the regular payroll of the Village of Plymouth for
the period ending September 15, 1969 in the amount of

( $10,454.75 is'hsreby approved. -
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor of: Councilmen Hintz, Johnson and
(Kindseth. Mayor Hilda had left the Council chambers. No one voted
against.
Whereupon the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk
of the Village of Plymouth,, Minnesota. hereby certify that I have
carefully compared the foregoing extract of minutes of a regular
meeting of the Village Council of said Village held Sept. 22, 1969,
with the original thereof on .file in my office and the same is a
full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such clerk and the corporate
seal of the Village this 8th day of October, 1969.
