V Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the

¢ Villa4e Council of tie Village of Plymouths :tinnesota was held on the 22nd
day of September„ 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilda,
Counr-ilmen Hintz, Johnson and Kindseth.The following members were absent:
Councilmen Humphrey.
Councilma- Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTI(Ii NO. 69-335
WHEREAS, Jon I. Parker made a claim for property damage
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL. OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: APPROVING CLAIM FOR $1,000.00 PAYMENT TO JON I. PARKER,
2505 MAGNOLIA LANE TO COVER DAMAGES TO HIS PROPERTY DARING INSTALLATION OF
SEWER PROJECT 66-1E.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hintz, Bindeeth and Johnson.
No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
