HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1969-334;i VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH F .,Pursuant to duo call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the t Village council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 22nd day of September, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hil.de, Councilmen 11 Hintz, Johnson and Kindseth. I Councilman Humphrey was absent. Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and i moved its adoption: { RESOLUTION NO. 69-334. j NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HFRE BY.RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF i THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS: THE FINAL PAYMENT TO SUBURBAN PAVING COMPANY FOR $600 IS HEREBY APPROVED FOR THE 13TH AVENUE STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 067-D. The motion for the adoption of ,the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Hintz, Johnson and Kindseth. Mayor Hilda had left the Council Chambers. None voted against. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and accepted. aria tre* •e* STATE or MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS.
