.,Pursuant to duo call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the

Village council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
22nd day of September, 1969.
The following members were present: Mayor Hil.de, Councilmen
11 Hintz, Johnson and Kindseth.

Councilman Humphrey was absent.
Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and
i
moved its adoption:
{ RESOLUTION NO. 69-334.
j NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HFRE BY.RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
i
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
THE FINAL PAYMENT TO SUBURBAN PAVING COMPANY FOR $600 IS
HEREBY APPROVED FOR THE 13TH AVENUE STREET IMPROVEMENT
PROJECT 067-D.
The motion for the adoption of ,the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Hintz, Johnson and
Kindseth. Mayor Hilda had left the Council Chambers. None voted
against.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and accepted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk
of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have
carefully compared the foregoing extract of minutes of a regular
meeting of the Village Council of said Village held September 22,
1969 with the original thereof on file in my office and the same
is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
