Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 22nd
'! day of September, 1969, The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,

Counclman Hintz, Johnson and Kindseth. The following members were absent:
Councilman Humphrey.
Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:

{ RESOLUTION NO. 69--333
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: APPROVING THE APPOINTMENT OF MARVIN PULJU AS VILLAGE

j� ASSESSOR EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 1969, AT THE SALARY PER ACTION FORM FILED IN
THE VILLAGE CLERK'S OFFICE.

1� The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly

seconded by Councilman Hintz, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Hintz, Johnson and Kindeeth. Mayor Hilde
left the Council chambers. No one voted against.

i Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly paused and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -
Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify
that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract
of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said
Village held September 22, 1969, with the original thereof on file
in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
WITNESS, My hand officially as such Clerk -Administrator and the
corporate seal of the Village this 2nd day of October, 1969.
