VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
?` pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
j! Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the

22nd day of September, 1969. The following mamberewere present:
Mayor Hilda, Councilman Hintzo Johnson and Kindseth Councilman
Humphrey was absent.

Councilman Hintz introduced the following resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-331
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
THE MAYOR AND ACTING CLERK OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH ARE
HEREBY AUTHORIZED TO EXECUTE A QUIT CLAIM DEED BACK TO ECRLUND 6.
SWEDLUM TO LAT 3. BLOCK 5, BIRCHWOOD ESTATES ADDITION.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Hintz. Johnson and
Rindseth. Mayor Hilda left the Council chambers. No one voted
against.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk
of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have
carefully.compared the foregoing extract of minutes of a regular
meeting of the Village Council of said Village held Sept. 22, 1969,
with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a
full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
WITNESS, Myr hand offtcislly as such clerk and the corporate
seal of the Village this second day of September. 1969.
