VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the i SVillage Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the ;122nd day of September, 1969. } The following members were present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson and Rindseth. �i Councilman Humphrey was absent. {I Councilman Johnson introducad, 4fie following Resolution and moved !lits adoption: RESOLUTION N0. 69-330 j WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement fof sewer and water in the Rreats (Project #69-1,P,O-*) and Rosedale }Manor (Project #69-1,8,0-5) areas: !'bids were received. opened and tabulated according to law and the following bids were received complying with the advertisement. ! McCrossan I10sseo, Minn. $175,470.00 Nordland Associates ii Alexandria, Minn. $182,957.00 4j and, WHEREAS, it appears that Peter LsMetti Contruetion Co. of 615 s{� Drake St., St. Paul, Minnesota is the lowest responsible bidder. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF !i PLYMOUTH: 1. The Mayor and Clark are hereby"authorized and directed to enter into the attached contract with Peter LaMettl Construction Co. of St. Paul, Minn. in the name of the Village of Plymouth for the Improvement of Kreatz and Homedale Manor according to the plans and specifications therefor approved by the Village Council and on file in the office of the Village Clerk. } 2. The Village Clark is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except f� that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder '? ahall be retained until a contract has been signed. '•, The action for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Hintz, Johnson and T.indseth. Mayor Hilde had left the Council chambers. No one voted against. Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. STATE OF MINNESOTA ) COUNTY OF HENNEPIN ) SS. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk - Administrator of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular sleeting of the Village Council of said village held September 22, 1969, with the original thereof on file in R office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript Insofar as the same relates to a bid award for the treats and Rosedale Manor improvement.
