HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1969-329VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 22nd day of September, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson and Kindseth. The following members were absent: Councilman Humphrey. Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: i. RESOLUTION NO. 69-329 NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCII, OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH THAT: THE SUI: VALLEY MOBILE HOME PARK AT 10717 10th AVENUE NORTH TO BE BILLED AT ONE-HALF OF THE PER MONTHLY SEWER RATE ON TEMPORAFY OR TRAVEL TRAILER LOTS EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 1, 1969. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded i i� by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in I; favor thereof: Councilmen Hintz, Johnson and Kindseth'. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH ) I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk - Administrator of the VillageofPlymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify j, that I have carefullycompared the attached and foregoing extract of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said Village held September 22, 1969, with the original thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript therefrom.
