RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION

k REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT

k Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
!Village Council of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota, was held on the
$12nd day of septssber, 1969.
'# The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hints,
J�Johnson and Sindeeth.
Councilman Humphrey was absent.
Councilman Bindseth, introduced the following Resolution and
!'moved its adoption:
{ RESOLUTION NO. 69-328
WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve 54th Avenue at Larch Lane (gravel base)
kand aseesa the abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of
the improvement, pursuant to M.S.A. Sac. 429.011 to 429.111.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLlrlOZPTBt
"That the proposed improvement be referred to the Village
Engineer for study and that he is instructed to report to
the Council with all convenient speed, advise .the Council
in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed Improve-
ment. Is
mprovementis feasible and as to whether itshould best be made
i; as proposed or in connection with some other improvement
and the estimated cost of the Improvementberecommended.11

The motion was seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being
,i
}taken 6&rean, the following voted in favor of the -motion: Mayor R11"

!Councilmen Hints, Johnson and Kindseth. No one voted against.
t� Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
