RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BID
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, Was held on the 22nd
day of September, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilda,
Councilmen Hintz, Johnson, and Rindseth. The follovi.ng members were absent:
Councilman Humphrey.
Councilman Johnson introduced the. following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-327
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement of
the following streets, to -wit:
BEACON HEIGHTS 1ST ADDITION GLEN ECHO ADDITION

S NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH,
I. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter
{� into -the attached contract with D. M. Noyes Construction Company. Inc.
ii of Minneapolis, Minnesota in the name of the Village of Plymouth for
I the improvement of the following streets, sa.atated on page 1,
according to the plans and specifications therefor approved by the
jVillage Council and on file in the office of the Village Clerk.

+` 2. The Village Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return
# forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except
ii that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest
{ bidder shall be retained until a contract has been signed.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
j seconded by Councilman Hints and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
1 voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson and Kindseth.
No one voted against.
fWhereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
