RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND
ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Pursuant to due tail and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the

IVlllage Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
22nd day of September, 1969.

The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz,

Johnson and Hindseth. Councilman Humphrey was absent.
Councilman Kindeeth introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
i RESOLUTION 140. 69-326
i WHEREAS, pursuant to a Resolution passed by the .:ouncil on
i •�
NSeptember 8, 1969, the Village Engineer has prepared plans and
specifications to install water and sanitary sewer to Zachary Lane
{ and County Road #9, Project 69-1,0-C, and has presented such plans
('and specifications to the Council for approval;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH.
l 1. Approved the plans and specifications and ordered the improve -
sent of Project 069-10-C for mover and water on County Road /9 and
�i Zachary Lane, which improvement shall serve the School District /281
i
y
school and apartment complex of Quality Homes.
2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the
official paper and in the Construction Bulletin an advertisement for
-bids upon the staking of such improvement under such approved plans
and specifications. The advertisement shall be published for two
f weeks, shall specify the work to be done, shall state that bids will
be opened and "considered by the Council at WOO A.M. on September

26, 1969, in the Cosncil Chambers of the Village Hall, and that no
t bids will be considered unless sealed andfiled with the Clerk and
1 accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified
l check payable to the Clerk for 52 of the amount of such bid.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly

by iCounc lwan Vista and upon vote being taken thereon, the

in favor thereof. Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz,

Pohnson and Rindgsth. No one voted against.

whereupon, said Resolution was.declared duly passed and adopted.
