HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1969-326VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS Pursuant to due tail and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the ii IVlllage Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 22nd day of September, 1969. 5 The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, ;j Johnson and Hindseth. Councilman Humphrey was absent. Councilman Kindeeth introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: i RESOLUTION 140. 69-326 i WHEREAS, pursuant to a Resolution passed by the .:ouncil on i •� NSeptember 8, 1969, the Village Engineer has prepared plans and specifications to install water and sanitary sewer to Zachary Lane { and County Road #9, Project 69-1,0-C, and has presented such plans ('and specifications to the Council for approval; NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH. l 1. Approved the plans and specifications and ordered the improve - sent of Project 069-10-C for mover and water on County Road /9 and �i Zachary Lane, which improvement shall serve the School District /281 i y school and apartment complex of Quality Homes. 2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official paper and in the Construction Bulletin an advertisement for -bids upon the staking of such improvement under such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement shall be published for two f weeks, shall specify the work to be done, shall state that bids will be opened and "considered by the Council at WOO A.M. on September r 26, 1969, in the Cosncil Chambers of the Village Hall, and that no t bids will be considered unless sealed andfiled with the Clerk and 1 accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond or certified l check payable to the Clerk for 52 of the amount of such bid.
