Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
,;Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was.held on the

1;22nd day of Seppumber, 1969. The following mewbers were present:
liMayor Hilda, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson and Kindseth.
fjjiTha following member was absent: Councilman Humphrey.

Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moped
its adoption:

'!! WHEREAS, Swanson and Youngdale, Inc. has made application for
;fan Off Sale Liquor License.
{ NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
TITHE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
Approval has been made for a Off Sale Liquor License to be
ilocated at 3435 N. County Road 318 in the naso of Swanson and Youngdale,
+Inc. of which Mrs. V. C. Swanson is President.
(� The action for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
Oseconded by Councilmen Kindseth, and upon vote being taken thereon,
jthe following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hintz,
Johnson and Kindseth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
