► Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the

4 Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
22nd day of September, 1969. The following members Were present:
Imayor Hilda, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson and Kindseth. The following
lmesber was absent: Councilman Humphrey.

Councilman Kindseth introduced the following Resolution and moved
itr adoption:
RESOLUTION N0. 69-324
WHEREAS, Darya Larson, 2641 Fremont Ave. S. requested a sideline
1! waiver.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
The request for a sideline waiver of three feet on each side of
jLot #15, Block /3, Elmhurst Gardens, is hereby approved.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
(seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hitde, Councilman Hintz,
Johnson and Kindseth. No one voted against.

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
