VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular sleeting of the
)Village Council of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota was held on the
22nd day, of September, 1%9. The following members were present:
'Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hints. Johnson and Kindseth.
lMThe following member was absent: Councilman Humphrey.

rCouncilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and
;moved its adoption.
P; RESOLUTION NO. 69-323
VVERUS, Country Builders requested a variance to the Sign
Ordinance.
4! 11DW THEREFORE, BE IT HEEBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
{� TP.S VILLAGE OF PLYMDUTH:
,+ The request of Country Builders to allow a variance of the
sign ordinance to erect a 30' by 20' sigs'on the front property Lias
of Bleck 05. Schisba's Highland Addition, 20820 State Highway 035
has been denied.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was
duly seconded by Counctiman Hints, and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilman Hints.
1 Johnson and Uindseth. No one voted against.
j whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
