€ VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the

,,Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 18th
sOay of September, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
1pouncilmen Kindseth, Johnson and Hintz. Councilman Humphrey was absent.

Councilman Kindseth introduced the following resolution and moved

4ts adoption.
I� RESOLUTION NO. 69-322
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
-E OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
VILLAGE ENGINEER HAGEN IS HEREBY AUTHORIZED TO REMODEL THE PRESENT
ILLAGE HALL BUILDING AS PER LAYOUT SUBMITTED AND APPROVED SEPTEMBER 18,
969, SIGNED BY THE MAYOR AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED $12,000 SAID AMOUNT TO
.UDE APPROXIMATELY $800 FOR NEW EQUIPMENT.
The motion for the adoption of the fotegoing.Resolution was duly
nded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the
owing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz
Kindseth. There were none who voted against.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the
i11age of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
compared `the foregoing extract of minutes of a special meeting of the
Village Council of said Village held Sept. 18, 1969, with the original
Gthereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete
(transcript therefrom.
