HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1969-322i € VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the ti ,,Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 18th sOay of September, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, 1pouncilmen Kindseth, Johnson and Hintz. Councilman Humphrey was absent. i Councilman Kindseth introduced the following resolution and moved i 4ts adoption. I� RESOLUTION NO. 69-322 NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE -E OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS: VILLAGE ENGINEER HAGEN IS HEREBY AUTHORIZED TO REMODEL THE PRESENT ILLAGE HALL BUILDING AS PER LAYOUT SUBMITTED AND APPROVED SEPTEMBER 18, 969, SIGNED BY THE MAYOR AT A COST NOT TO EXCEED $12,000 SAID AMOUNT TO .UDE APPROXIMATELY $800 FOR NEW EQUIPMENT. The motion for the adoption of the fotegoing.Resolution was duly nded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the owing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz Kindseth. There were none who voted against. Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. *A* OF MINNESOTA ) OF:HENNEPIN ) SS.
