Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. a special meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymodth, Minnesota was held on the
18th day of September. 1969. The following members were present:
Mayor Hilda. Councilmen Kindsath. Rinta and Johnson. The following

introduced the following Resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-319
WHEREAS. the Village of Plymouth is desirous of assistance from
the Housing b Urban Development Authority for the purchase of park land
and whereas, it is necessary that a certain contract by the Village of
Plyawuth and the Rousing 6 Urban Development Authority be amended
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HERESY RESOLVED THAT TRE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
::THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH DOES HERESY AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR OR ACTING CLERK
TO COMPLETE, EYECUTE AND SIGN THE HOUSING 3 URBAN DEMABMENT ANDMATORY
•::CONTRACT MINN. OSA-30.
She motion for the adoption of the foregaing Resolution was duly
eoconded by do,, and upon vote being taken thereon,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
