Councilmen Hintz, Humphrey, Johnson and Kindseth. The following members

Councilman Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption;

;I NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
�E VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND ACTING CLERK -ADMINISTRATOR

TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT GIVING THE VILLAGE RIGHT OF ENTRY ONTO PROPERTY
ACQUIRED FROM LEE HOLM MFG, CO. FOR THE PURPOSE OF DRILLING A DEEP WATER
1 WELL, CONSTRUCTING AN ELEVATED TANK AND CONSTRUCTING A MAINTENANCE BUILDING

AND FACILITY, WHICH AUTHORIZATION IS GIVEN SUBJECT TO PRIOR APPROVAL BY THE

j. VILLAGE ENGINEER AND VILLAGE ATTORNEY.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hints, Humphrey

Johnson and Kindseth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acing Clerk -
Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify
