Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved its

vM RESOLUTION NO. 69-317
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: DIRECTING THE ACTING CLERK -ADMINISTRATOR TO SEND A
LETTER TO THE HIGHWAY DEPT. ASKING THAT A'STUDY BE MADE TO HAVE THE SPEED
REDUCED ON COUNTY ROAD i6 PROM HIGHWAY #101 TO.FERNBROOK LANE FROM 60 MILES
PER HOUR TO 50 MILES PEk HOUR.
The motion for the adoption of the.foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz, and upon vote being'takea thereon, the
following voted in favor. thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hintz, Humphrey,
Johnson and Kindseth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

Administrator of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota, hereby certify

Village held September 8, 1969, with the original thereof on file
in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
