adoption:
RESOLUTION N0, 69-316
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VI,I.Es_E COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: DIRECTING VILLAGE ENGINEER F.l`XM' TO PREPARE A PRE-
LUaNARY REPORT CONCERNING A CONNECTING ROAD FOR BIRCH BRIAR AND BIRCHWOOD
ESTATES IN ACCORDANCE WITH RECOMMENDATION IPS IN COUNCILMAN KINDEM-TH'S REPORT
SUBMITTED TO COUNCIL.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
fallowing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Humphrey.
Johnson and Kindeeth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -
Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify

of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said
Village held September 8, 1969, with the original thereof on file
in my office and the same is a full., true and complete transcript
therefrom.
