jlPursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village -Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 8th
day of September, 1969. The following members vete present: May Hilde,
!; Councilmen Hintz, Humphrey, Johnson and Kindseth. The following members
were absent: None

Councilman Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and saved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-315
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: RESOLVING THAT IN THE SOUTHWEST t1.`ROVC9= PROJECT
068-lE AREA LATERAL SANITARY SEWER MAINS PASSING ALONG UMP2ATM LAND SHALL
BE ASSESSED AS FOLLOWS:

1. The first 330 feet of such unplattad land shall be assessed
at the front foot rate applicable to tC: balance of the
project.

2. The asfessraent of the remainder of the [rant footage of ameh
jI unplatted land shall be deferred for a wsi� period of five
' (S) years ar which time an assesewsnt will be levied at the
ssms front foot rate as used in the original assessment to -
gather with interest at the rate of At for the five (5) Tear
period. If thin unplattsd land to aubdlvided, platted or
gold within this five (3) year periods the deferred t
plus interest maybe levied at the time of subdivision, platting
or gale.
i' The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hints, sad upon vote beim taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof; Mayor iiilda, Councilmen awns. phrel,
Johnson and Kindsoth. No one voted &Aslant.
