Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the Nth
day of September, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde

Councilmen Hints, Humphrey, Johnson and Kindseth. The following members
were absent: None

Councilman Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-314
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT OREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYNOUTH: TO ADOPT THE ASSESSMENT PROCEDURES AS RECOMMENDED BY
ENGINEER BONESTROO WHICH ARE AS FOLLOWS:

1. Within platted areas on curvilinear streets with irregular shaped
lots, use a mialutm of 110 feet and a maximum of 130 feet for
assessment footage.
! 2. In Birch Briar, take the total front footage and divide by the
'! number of lots to arrive at a front foot assessment and assess all
i� lots the same.
3. In Hadley Hills, Blocks 1 and 2, and also Fazendin-Krogness Addition,
all lots to be assessed the same using same procedure as in Birch
Briar.
4. Assess sewer @ $14.00 and water @ $9.00 and and sewer @ $19.00.
These figures include restoration.
�1 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
III seconded by Councilman Kindseth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof:; Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hints, Humphrey,
Johnson and Kindseth. No one voted -against.
{ Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
