Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesot awas held on the 8th
dap of September, 1969. The fallowing members wero present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Hintz, Humphrey, Johnson and Kindseth. The following members
were absent: None
Councilman Johnson introduced the following'Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-312
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
j VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: TO INCLUDE THE PETITIONERS RESIDING ON 23RD AVENUE
NORTH IN WATER.PROJEGT #69-0*' AT THE SAME ASSESSMENT RATE OF SAID PROJECT.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing, Resolution was duly
seconded by. Councilman Kindseths, and'upoh vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hints, Humphrey,
Johnson and Kindseth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the.Resclution was declared duly passed and -adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -
Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota hereby certify
that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract
of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said
Village held September 8, 1969, with the original thereof on file
in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
