Pursuant to due call„and notice thereof,'a regular meeting of the

a Village Council of the village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 8th 3

ST day of September, 1969, The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, t

Councilmen Hintz, Humphrey, Johnson and ICindseth. The following members
s,
} were absent: None
Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-311
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF PLYMOUTH: TO INCLUDE THE PETITIONERS OF SOUTH SHORE DRIVE IN WATER
PROJECT #69 -OB AT THE SAME ASSESSMENT RATE OF SAID PROJErT ALSO THAT THE
ASSESSMENT OF THE LADIEN PROPERTY, 10118 SOUTH SHORE DRIVE BE PICKED UP
BY THE VILLAGE WATER OPERATING FUND UNTIL SUCH TIME THAT HOOK -ISP IS MADE OR
PROPERTY IS SOLD, THEN COLLECTION OF SAID ASSESSMENT SHALL BE MADE AND PELT
BACK IN THIS FUND.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Humphrey,
Johnson and Kindseth. No one voted against.

j Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qu4lified and acting Clerk -
Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify
that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract
of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said
Village held September R, 1969, with the original thereof on file
in my office and the tame is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
