RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS
AND
PREPARATION OF PLANS
Pursuant to lue call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth,'Minnesota, was held on the 8th
day of September, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Hintz, Humphrey, Johnson and Rindseth. The following members
were absent: None
Councilmen Johnson introduced the followin6 Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-309
WHEREAS, a Resolution of the Village Council adopted the 4th day of
i September, 1969, fixed the 22nd day of September, 1969, as the date for a
public hearing on: Water main and sanitary sewer Project #69-1,0-C with
respect to the following streets, to -wit: Zachary Lane and County Road #9.
WHEREAS, all property owners whose, property is liable to be assessed for
the making ofthese improvements were given ten days' published notice of
the Council hearing through two weekly publications of the rewired notice
and the hearing was held and property owners heard on the 22nd day of
September, 1969.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
"1. Such improvements as set out above and for the streets as above
indicated are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution
adopted Septber 8, 1969.
2. The Village Engineer is hereby directed to prepare glans and
specifications for the making of such improvements.'
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Humphrey, Jnhnson
and Kindseth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.
