Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the

Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 8th
day of September, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilman Hintz, Humphrey, Johnson and Kindseth. The following, members were
absent: None
Councilman Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-308
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMC ORDERING THE ENGINEER TO PROCEED WITH SANITARY SEWER
INSTALLATION TO THE STATE IF MINNESOTA HIGHWAY MAINTENANCE SITE LOCATED
BETWEEN FERNBROOK AND NIAGARA LANES SOUTH OF STATE HIGHWAY #55. Proj. 69.1,0,8
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz, and upon vote being taken thereon, the folloilring
voted in favor thereof. Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Humphrey, Johnson,`
and Kindseth. ft one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly -qualified and acting Clerk
Administrator of the Village of Plymouth,,Minn�sota, hereby certify
that L have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract
of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village Council of said
Village held September- 8, 1969, with the original thereof on file
in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.

corporate seal of the Village this 2nd day of October, 1969.
