Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 8th
day of Septes"r, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilda

k Councilman Hints, Nwsphrey, Johnson and Kindseth. The following members were
absent: Nona

Councilman Huphrey introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-307
WHEREAS, Mr. Myrich at 16515 9th Avenue North requested for water service
be brought up to his property line.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILIIIGE OF PLYMOUTH: STArIG THAT THE COUNCIL IS WILLING TO HAVE THE WATER
PIPE INSTALLED TO MR. MYRICH°S DRIVEWAY, RESTORE THE ROAD AND ATTEMPT TO GET
AN EA3EMENT, PROVIDED MR. MYRICH AGREES TO PAY THE COST FOR THE SMS, IF HE
AND ENGINEER BONESTR00 COME TO A,°SATISFACTORY AGREEMENT ON THE ASSESSMENT
COST.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hintz, Humphrey,
Johnson and Kindseth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify

in my office and the same is a full, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
