VULAGE OF PLZ KUM
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the Sth
day of September, 1989. The following members were presentt Mayor Hilda,
Councilmen Hintz, Bjaphrey, Jobnam and Kindeeth. The following members
were absent: None

Councilman Johnson introduced the following Rernlution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-906
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE

VILLAGE OF PL)MUTH: APPROVPeG THE REQUEST OF FIRE CHTEF BAUER TO ADVERTISE
FOR BIDS 04 A 25,000 LB. G.V.K. CAB AND CHASSIS.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Kineseth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hintz, Humphrey,
Johnson and Kindseth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -
Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify

of the minutes of a regular mating of the Village Council of said
Vills7e held September 8, 1969, with the original thereof on file
in my office and the same is a full. true and complete transcript
therefrom.
