HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1969-305T r, VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota was held on the 8th day of September, 1969. The following ambers were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hints, Humphrey. Johnson and Kindseth. The following members were absent: None. Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69-305 i` WHEREAS, Melvin J. Cetten, President of Minnetonka Estates, Inc., 734 !� East Lake Street, Wayzata, Minnesota, requested a waiver be granted for concrete curb and gutters in the platting of Meadowood. ,1 i NOW THEREFORE, BE IT FUMY REffnLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE e jj VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: GRANTING TH: REQUEST OF MEL GETTEN OF MrNNITONU. ESTATES }�( TO WAIVE THE ORDINANCE REQUIREMi=:YT FOR CURB AND GUTTERS IN MEADOWOOD SUBJECT 1` TO INSTALLATION OF BITUMINOUS ROAD SURFACING AND CURB. !� The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Kindseth, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Humphrey, Johnson and i Kindseth. No one voted against. Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
