Pursuant to due tail and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
villa ge"Council'of the Village of Plymouth, Minne:-,rta was held on the 8th
day of September, 1969. The following members were present: Mayor Hilde,
Councilmen Hintz, Humphrey, Johnson and Kindseth. The £oll,wing members
were absents None
Councilman Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption.
RESOLUTION No. 69-303
WHEREAS, John Wenner, 18425 Highway #55, Hamel, Minnesot--, requested
an off sale liquor license for a proposed liquor store which will be built
on Highway #55 and #101, this fall.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COI?NCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: SETTING NOVEMB&I 3, 1969 AS THE PUBLIC HEARING ;DATE
FOR AN OFF SALE LIQUOR LICENSE AND DIRECTING THE ACTING CLERK TO`,- OR AP
PARE A MAP SHOWING THE; PRESENT NUMBER OF OFF SALE LIQUOR LICENSES IN OPERATION
AND 'AHEM LOCATIONS, ALSO OTHER CONSIDERATIONS RELATING TO THE MATTER, WHICH
REPORT SHALL BE PRESENTED TO THE COUNCIL PRIOR TO SAID PUBLIC HEARING.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resclution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Humphrey, Johnson
it and Kindseth. No one voted against..
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
