adoption:
RESOLUTION NO.' 69-302
WHEREAS, Temroc Metals Inc., 2735 Cheshire Lane North request a variance
for an addition to their present plant.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: GRANTING THE WAIVER FOR A 37' VARIANCE FROM THE 50'
SIDELINE REQUIREMENT, LEAVING 13' TO BUILD A PROPOSED ADDITION TO TEHROC
METAL'S BUILDING AT 2735 CHESHIRE LANE NORTH.>
Tha.motion for the adoption'of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Kindaeth, and.upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Humphrey,
Johnson and Kindseth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
