Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-301
WHEREAS, S.W. 5 Leo Harris Company request preliminary plat approval
`or Westbank Industrial Park.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE

VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF WESTBANK INDUMMIAL
PARK AT 2520 FERNBROOK LANE SUBJECT TO DEDICATING AN UTILITY EASflffitf TO BE
ARRIVED AT BY THE VILLAGE ENGINEER AND THE DEVELOPER.
The Motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon. the following voted in
favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen flints. lluochrey, Johniui and Kindseth.
No one voted against.
Whereupon the Rraolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clark -
Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify

of the minutes of a regular meeting of the Village council of said
Village hold September 8. 1969, with the original thereof on file
in my office and the some is a Lull, true and complete transcript
therefrom.
