CALLING FOR ,PUBLIC REARING
Pursusut to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th
day of September, 1969. The following members were present: Councilmen
Humphrey, Hintz and Johnson. The following members were absent: Mayor Hilde

{? Councilman Kindseth.
Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
i RESOLUTION NO. 69-300
WHEREAS, a report has been given by the Village Engineer to the Village
Village Council on August 4 1969 recommending the: Sanitary
sewer and
water improvement installation East of Zachary Lane and County Road p9

{ Project #6q -1,4-C.
i NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF'
}tt PLUOUTH•
t! "1. The Council will consider the aforesaid improvement
# in accordance with the report and .the asses
ettt of
property abutting 'or within said boundaries sats for all
or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant
! to M.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429,111, at an estimated
!I total cost of the improvement as shown.
Im-j 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed
provement on the 22nd day of September, 1969, at
the Village Hall, in the Village of IPlymouth at
8:00 F.M. The Village,Council shall,glve published
notice of such hearing and improvement as required
by law."
The motion for the adoption of'the foregoing Resolution was.duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz, and upon *rote being taken thereon, the
ii following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Humphrey. Hintz and Johnson.
RNo one voted against.
i Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed ar.d adopted.
