VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH;
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPErIFICATIONS AND
ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special meeting of the

Village Council of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota, was held on the 4th
day of September, 1^69. The following members were present: Councilmen

Humphrey, Hintz and Johnson. The following members were absent: Mayor Hilde,
Councilman Kindseth.

Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESO!.UTION NO. 69-299
WHEREAS, pursuant to a Resolution passed by the Council on September 4,
1969, plans and specifications were prepared and presented to the Council for l
approval;
j} NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF PLYMOUTH: Authorizing the Engineer to proceed with getting bids for a Front.

1. "Such plans and specifications, a copy of which are
{� attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby
approved.
y2. The Village Clerk shall prepare and cause to be in-
ii serted in the official paper and in the Construction
Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon the making of
such improvement under such approved plana and specifi-
cations, The advertisement shall be.published for two
weeks, shall specify, the work to be done, shall state
that bids will be opened and considered by the Council
at 10:00 A.M. on September 25, 1969, in the Council
Chambers of the Village Hall, and that, no bids will
be considered unless sealed and filed with the Clerk
and accompanied by.a cash deposit, cashier's check,
j� bid bond or certified.eheck payable-tQ-the Clerk "for
52 percent of the mount of such bid."
V The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was seconded
by Cotutc'_lran Hints., and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Councl men Humphrey, Hintz and Johnson. No one voted
FI
against.
WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
