VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 4th

day of September, 1969. The following members were present: Councilmen
i
Humphrey. Hintz and Johnson. The following members were absent: ',),-r Hilde,
i
Councilman Kindseth.

i Councilman Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:

RESOLUTION NO. 69-298
NOW TP?MEFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE

VILLAGE. OF PLYMOUTH: ACCEPTING SERVICES OF GERALD SPLINTER, FORMER CLERK -
ADMINISTRATOR, FOLLOWING HIS RESIGNATION ON SEPTEMBER 5, 1969 FOR THIRTY
DAYS FRO`: THIS DATE TO ASSI"" THE VILLAGE IN PENDING AFFAIRS.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hintz, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Councilmen Humphrey, Hintz and Johnson.
No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
