HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1969-294NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE
COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS.
1. That the Mayor and Clerk -Administrator are
hereby authorized to execute said license agreement
on behalf of the Village of Plymouth and to affix
the Village Seal thereto.
2. The Clerk -Administrator is directed to trans-
mit said agreement in triplicate to said Chicago &
Northwestern Railway Company together with a check
of the Village payable to said railway company in the
sum of $25.00 as and for the license preparation fee.
The above motion was seconded by
Councilman Johnson
and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor
thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson, Kindseth and
Humphrey. The following voted against: None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and
adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
Clerk -Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby
certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing
extract of minutes of a special meeting of the Village Council
of said village held August 25, 1969 with the original thereof
on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete
transcript therefrom insofar as the same relates to authorizing
the Mayor and Clerk -Administrator to execute license agreement
with Chicago & Northwestern Railway Company for water main
crossing.
