OF. VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special meeting of the Village
Council was held on the 25th day of August, 1969 at the Village Hall, 13800
State R4ghway No. 55 commencing At 7:30 o'clock P.S. The following members
were present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hintz, Humphrey, Johnson and Kindseth.
The following members were absent: None
Councilman Hints introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION: NO. 69-292
RESOLUTION DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF NOTICE OF
HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR THE FOLLOWING
IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS:
1. Gleanloch Acres (water, sanitary sewer and storm sewer) f68 -1,2,0-A

BE IT RESOLVED by the Vi_ _ge Council of the Village of Plymouth,
Minnesota, as follows:
1 A proposed assessment roll for the above named improvement, prepared
by the Village Clerk, with the assistance of Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlk And
Associates, Inc., is hereby received and ordered to be placed on file in the
office of the Village Clerk, where it shall be and remain open to public
inspection.
2. The Village Clerk shall publish notice of the time and place of a
hearing on such proposed assessment in the official newspaper at least two
reeks prior to the time specified for such hearing. The Clerk shall also
mail a copy of such notice to the owner of each parcel of land described in
the assessment roll, with such mailed.notice to be given no less than two
weeks prior to the date of hearing on such proposes assessment roll.
3. Such notice shall state the date, time and place of such hearing,
the general nature of the improvement, the area proposed to be assessed, that
the proposed assessment roll is on file with the Clerk, and that written or
oral objections thereto by any property owner will be considered.

4:'' The Village Council shall meet at the time and place specified in
such notice to pass +upon such propoved assessment.
5. The date set for ,public hearing is October 1, 1969, to be 'tn1d at
7:30 P.M. in the beacon Heights Elementary School; 12315 Highway 055
} The above motion was seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being

taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Hintz, Humphrey, Johnson and Kindseth. The following voted against: None

Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted,
