Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special meeting of the
Village Co,incil was held on the 25th day of August, 1969 at the Village Hall,
13800 State Highway No. 55 commencing at 7:30 o'clock P.H. The following
members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Humphrey, Johnson and
Kindseth. The following members were absent: "lone.
Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:

RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF ASSESSMENT
ROLL FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS LISTED BELOW IN
ACCORDANCE OF TREASURER BARNES LIST OF AUGUST

j BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth,

it Minnesota as follows:
'y 1. It is hereby determined that the total cost of the listed project,
�# including all incidental expenses, and that the sum to be assessed against

2. 17+e Village Clerk with the assistance of Bonestroo, 'Rosene, Anderllk"
and Associates, Inc., shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be

Y specially assessed for the improvement against every assessable lot, piece or
parcel of land within the district affected in accordance with the provisions
of Section 429.061, Minnesota Statutes.
The above motion was seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being
taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
Hiotx, Humphrey, Johnson and Y.indseth. No one voted against.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
