Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special meeting of the Village
jjjj Council Was held on the 25th day of August, 1969 at the Village Hall, 13800
State Highway No. 55 commencing at 7:30 P.M. The following members were
1 present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Humphrey, Johnson and Kindseth.

Coun:ilman Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-291
RESOLUTIC-N DIRECTING PUBLICATION OF NOTICE OF
HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT FOR SOUTHWEST
SANITARY SEWER, WATER AND STREET RESTORATION
PROJECT #68-1E

Ii BE 1T RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth,
Minnesota, as follows:
1. A proposed assessment roll for the above named improvement, prepared
by the Village Clerk, with the assistance of Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and '
Associates, Inc., is hereby received and ordered to be placed on file i4 the
office of the Village Clerk, where it shall be and remain open to public
Inspection.
2. The Village Clerk shall publish notice of the time and place of a
hearing on such proposed assessment in the official newspaper at least two
weeks prior to the time specified for such hearing. The clerk shall also
mail a copy of such notice to the owner of each parcel of Land described in
the assessment roll, with such mailed notice to be given no less than two
weeks prior to the date of hearing on such proposes assessment roll.
3. Such notice shall state the date, time and place of such hearing,
the general nature of the improvement, the area proposed to be assessed, that
the proposed assessment roll is on file with the Clerk, and that written or
oral objection thereto by any property owner will be considered.
4. The Village Council shall meet at the time and place specified in
such notice to pass re.... such proposed assessment.
5. The date set for public hearing is October 2, 1969, to be held at
j 7:30 P.M, in the Wayzata Senior High School, 305 Vicksburg Lane.
t The above motion was seconded by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being
sj1,4ken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen
,'Hiuts, Humphrey, Johnson and Kindseth. No one voted against.
