EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING
OF VILLAGE Of PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA
i} Pursuant to due call and notice thereof a special meetinx: of the

3? Village Council was held on the 25th day of August, 1969 at the Village Hall,
13800 State Highway No.. 55 commencing at 7:30 ,`clock P.M. The following
members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Kindseth, Mintz, Humphrey and
Johnson. The following members were absent: None

Councilman Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION ?i0. 69-290A
RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF ASSESSMENT
ROLL FOR SOUTHWEST SANITARY SEWER, WATER AND
STREET RESTORATION PROJECT X168 -1.E
BE IT RESOLVED by the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth,
Minnesota as follows:
1. Tt is hereby determined that the total cost of the above named
project, including all incidental expenses, is the sum of $5,945,054.25
and that the sum of $4,661,394.05 is to be assessed against benefitted
property.
2. The Village Clerk with the assistance of Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik
and Associates, Inc., shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be
specially assessed for the improvement against every assessable lot, piece
or parcel of land within the district affected in accordance with the pro-
visions of Section 429.061, Minnesota Statutes.
The above motion wan second by Councilman Hintz and upon vote being taken
thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz,
Humphrey, Johnson and Kindseth. The following voted against. None.
Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
