Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
;Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
:`25th day of August, 1969. The followiri members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Johnson, Hintz, Humphrey and Kindseth. No
one was absent.
Councilman Humphrey introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. 69-289
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH:
The Engineer is hereby authorized to advertise fo< bids on
A
,,three types of elevated water tanks which he has recommended for
Southwest Project /68-1E, which bids shall be received on Friday,
September 19, 1969 at 10:30 A.M., C.D.S.I.
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
",seconded by Councilman Joan+on, and upon vote being taken thereon,
!!the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz,
,Johnson, Humphrey and Kindseth. No one voted against.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of
