UTION APPROVING PLANS AND >3PECIPICATIONS AND
ORDERING, ADVERTISFOR BIDS
Pursuant to doe call and notice thereof. a special meeting of the
j Village Council of the Village of Plymouth. Minnesota. was held on
the 25th day of August, 1969.
The following sembers were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilman
Hintz, Johnson, Hunphreyr and ltindseth. No one was absent.
Councilman Hints introduced the following Resolution snd'soved
Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-288
} 'WHEREAS, pursuant to a Resolution passed by the Council on July

21, 1969, the Village has prepared plans and specifications for
installation of unitary sever, water main and street restoration,
1} Project 69-1,8,0-3, with respect to the following streets, to -wit:

# Kreatz, ftOview Acus, 5th. Addition, Blocks 1, 2 i 3,

and Project #69-1,0-7 as follows:
1. Sanitary Saver, Water and Street Isprovement fort
[ Rosedale Manor Block 1, Lots 1 through 8
i{ Block 2, Lots 11 through 20
i block 3, Lot 1

Homdale Manor lot Addition - Block 1, Lots 1 through 2
Block 2, Lots l and 2

!� MV THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE

} 1. "Such places and specifications, a copy of which ase
1 attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby
i approved.

on Septim*er 19, 1969 in the Council Chambers of the
Village Hai'_. and that no bids will be considered unless

check payable to the wart for 5% of the amount of such
bid."
The notion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was

duly seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vola being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda,

Councilmen Hints, Humphrey, Johnson and Kludseth. Nb one voted
against.
